Delivery, Cancellation & Refund Policy

– We serve customers in the Middle East; covering countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Jordan, and more.
– Orders are handled with care and shipped out with a trusted third-party courier service to ensure timely and secure delivery.
– Customers within the UAE can anticipate the arrival of your order within a 7 to 14 business days. Customers from other countries, the time frame is 14 to 20 business days. 
– For Orders that are under Pre-Order, the time frame of delivery will begin only after the official release of the product.
– We kindly ask for your patience as delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

– Accurate and Complete address details is needed to ensure the smooth and successful delivery of your orders.
– In the event that the address information provided is insufficient or unclear, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp or E-Mail.

– Flat Rate Fee will be applied in their respective currencies that will be provided by the Customer.
– Shipping Fees may be changed accordingly during the promotion periods depending on the guidelines that are expressed in the description of the products respectively.
– The team always notifies the customer in case of any changes made.

– To qualify for Free Shipping, your total purchase should meet or exceed the specified minimum amount.
– Available for select countries only. 

– We understand that plans can change; we offer a 24-hour window for order cancellations from the time of purchase.
– However, once an order is prepared for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you will be LISTED and requested to pre-pay for any future orders.
– If your order is already in transit and you request cancellation after the confirmation of the delivery notice, you will be LISTED and requested to pre-pay for any future orders.

– Please note that we are unable to process refunds for products that have been received and paid for via Cash On Delivery.
– In cases where card payments were made, we kindly ask for your patience, allowing up to 45 business days for the refund transfer to be completed. However, this only applies if the goods have not been received by the customer.
– In the event of any issues with your shipment upon receipt, we require a FULL UNEDITED video to accurately assess the condition at the time of delivery.
– We provide products in a sealed condition, and any internal damages should be addressed directly with the manufacturer as we do not have control over this.
– Please keep in mind that the outer case of products is primarily designed for protection. Therefore, any scratches or dents on the outer part of the product are not eligible for this case.
